  ampio bagno;

- Piano superiore/sala torre: composto da un bagno e due camera da letto.

Gli ospiti dell'esclusiva villa hanno a disposizione: Ampio giardino attrezzato e recintato, molto piscina (12 x 6 m.) e 10 lettini, veranda attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto, area barbecue: con tavolo da ping pong.
